International Public Statement
International Parliament for Safety and Peace

The International Parliament for Safety and Peace (IPSP-WOS) wishes to provide clarification to all those who seek the truth regarding the World Parliament for Safety and Peace. Over the past fifteen years, the organization has been the target of attacks by former members from Argentina, Arab countries, and Italy, who were expelled due to inappropriate and criminal behavior.

These individuals, driven by retaliation, attempted to undermine the leadership by using forged documents and cloning the official website, thus generating confusion and casting shadows on the Parliament’s activities. Furthermore, some exploited the organization’s name for commercial purposes.

Parliamentary Leadership

Thanks to the determination of the current President, His Excellency Eugenio Lai, and the members of the Presidential Council, all these fraudulent maneuvers have been thwarted. The competent authorities have reaffirmed the legitimacy of Eugenio Lai’s leadership, while the role of Secretary-General is held by His Excellency Alfredo Maiolese.

Legal Actions and International Fraud

Those responsible for these criminal acts have failed to subvert the governing bodies of the IPSP-WOS and have been reported to the authorities. In Africa, a fraudulent organization imitated our name by adding the letter “J” (IPSPJ), worsening the situation, as it is led by a supposed Catholic priest with no official recognition.

The International Parliament for Safety and Peace was founded in 1975 by H.E. Orthodox Archbishop Vittorio M. Busà, together with President Makarios III of Cyprus and the President of Nigeria. The ideals of the Presidential Council remain committed to peacepeople’s securityhuman rights, and environmental protection.

Official Communication

The Presidential Council of the IPSP-WOS officially informs the international communitygovernmentsinstitutionsconsulatesembassies, and citizens that any publication attempting to delegitimize the legal authority of the organization is false and rejected by the competent authorities.

The IPSP-WOS operates with transparency and full legality, protecting its image and diplomatic instruments. Any passportdocument, or appointment not confirmed by the current administration is null and void. Anyone in unauthorized possession of IPSP-WOS documents is subject to criminal prosecution.
