The World Organization of States – International Parliament for Safety and Peace (WOS-IPSP) welcomes Italy’s decision to send a new convoy of humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, who have been severely affected by months of conflict and restrictions.
The initiative, coordinated by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, demonstrates that, even in a complex international context marked by strong political pressures, it is possible to act in the spirit of humanity and solidarity.
This concrete gesture, carried out despite the difficulties and pressures exerted by international actors, represents an important step towards strengthening Italy’s role as a promoter of peace and assistance to populations in need.
